A Public Procurement action aimed at assisting HPSUs with the procurement process which tends to be complex and sometimes challenging for small companies. This action will support training, one to consultations on tendering and awareness raising. A transnational panel of experts will be formed to offer guidance and expertise to HPSU firms.
