The Tesla Project has received European Regional Development Funding through INTERREG IVB North West Europe.
INTERREG IVB North West Europe is a financial instrument of the European Union’s Cohesion Policy. It funds projects which support transnational cooperation. The aim is to find innovative ways to make the most of territorial assets and tackle shared problems of Member States, regions and other authorities.
The North West Europe Programme is the largest of the Transnational EU Interreg Programmes. The programme has a budget of €335m ERDF over the period 2007-2013 and supports transnational co-operation projects in Ireland the UK, and designated regions of Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
The programme supports transnational innovation, transportation, environmental and Community Development/ sustainability projects in the eligible regions.
